Columbia College Chicago was my full-time professional home from June 2010 to August 2016. I was initially hired for a newly created position as the Database Communications Specialist. Upon a short-time in that position, I became the department lead on database and CRM management for admissions. I was promoted in 2014 to CRM Systems Manager and took over as lead data manager for Enrollment Management systems. The largest aspect of this role was implementing the transition to Salesforce and acting as an administrator, trainer, and resource for 70+ users.
I left Columbia College Chicago to become an independent contractor in August 2016.
