From September 2013 to April 2017, I was contracted as a Social Media Editor for YMCA of America nationally. Focusing on brand development, particularly pushing brand messaging, I’ve written posts on Facebook and Twitter using Hootsuite.
The YMCA has three focus points: Youth Development, Health Living and Social Responsibility. Each point is given equal and individualized posts to push brand engagement on each network. In many cases, content is curated by network and defined to engage the unique audiences that Facebook and Twitter have.
